Ordered and paid for a 10 pack but received only oneThe satchels these things come in are stiffer and sit in the pod holder better. This coffee does not taste burnt or over-roasted. It tastes good and I ordered a second packet immediately. It's interesting because it's the luck of the draw right now with senseo coffee pods out there. Sometimes they're just garbageWith our Senseo coffeemaker and these coffee pods, we have coffee better than we've ever had anywhere...and friends agree. Apparently Senseo coffeemakers are now very hard to find, which is really too bad, because there fantastic...hoping ours never breaks down.Extra strong is my favorite Senseo, but it has been hard to get quickly and at a reasonable price. When I found this 5-pack I thought I lucked out. Not so. These do not appear to the the same extra strong flavor. They are very weak, even with two pods per cup. Waste of my money.Best pods ever!We had been buying the large brown bag of 64? that I believe came out of Germany. these are much richer with a far superior aroma & taste.Senseo came out years ago and you could buy them at Costco, Target, Walmart - no you cannot find the machines for this coffee anywhere except here on Amazon. Thank goodness. THEN there was some kind of transition of production to another country and we lost our wonderful DARK ROAST - replaced by STRONG - for about a year STRONG was not Dark Roast, not even close - it was bitter and very strong. We gave up and bought a Keurig but regretted that from day one. We suffered for about a year and finally, STRONG became Dark Roast again - so much better now and we are hopeful things have stabilized. Once you have had a cup of Senseo, complete with froth, there is simply no going back - ever. Keurig has nothing on Senseo but of course you have to have a Senseo machine - let's hope because they are popular in Europe they will remain available. I'm tempted to buy a spare "just in case." Great coffee...Senseo coffee is the best...but, you must purchase the SENSEO COFFEE MACHINE to use these coffee pads..perfect coffee in Seconds..you will not be disappointed!.Ich habe den Kaffee in der "kleinsten" Senseo Maschine getestet.Nachdem der erste Kaffe schonmal ein Fehlschlag war, habe ich die Maschine nochmals 2 Mal reinigen lassen (war komplett neu). Dann war der Kaffee auch angenehm warm und es kam etwas Geschmack raus.Geschmacklich waren die Pads früher deutlich besser. Diese neuen haben mit "extra Strong" nicht mehr viel zu tun, schmecken aber ganz passabel. Aber immer noch besser als Tassimo Pads.Der Preis ist, angesichts des passablen Geschmackes, eine absolute Frechheit! 5 Packs kosten an die 14€ was definitiv viel zu viel ist. Auch das Verpackungsdesign ist ein Witz! Das wurde bei Tassimo wesentlich besser gelöst, da hier das Aroma viel länger erhalten bleibt.Die universal Pads von Melitta dagegen sind da deutlich besser, sodass man nicht auf das Senseo Zeugs angewiesen ist. Bei diesen universal Pads muss man einfach nur etwas gemahlenen Kaffee reinfüllen, zuklappen und in die Maschine stecken. Geschmacklich sind das Welten.Auch die Kaffeepads von Amazon direkt sind da wesentlich besser und etwas günstiger.Ich spreche hiermit keine Kaufempfehlung aus.Ich bin kein Pad Kaffeetrinker, aber von den vielen Sorten, die schon über mich ergehen lassen musste, sind das vom Geschmack her die Besten, weil der Kaffee kräftig schmeckt. Ist aber natürlich alles Geschmacksache.Von den Kaffeepats schmeckt diese Sort meiner Meinung nach am besten.Beim Preis habe ich nur 4 Sterne gegeben, man kann aber auf eine Aktion warten und ihn günstiger bekommen.Der Kaffee hält auch sein versprechen mit Strongh. Man kann auch ohne Probleme mit einem Pat mehr Wasser als für eine Tasse verwenden das tut dem intensiven Geschmack keine abbruch.Der Kaffee ist zur Abwechslung zu anderen Marken sehr lecker. Trinke generell gerne starken Kaffee und da ist man bei diesem Produkt genau richtig.Ich habe schon seit vielen Jahren eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine und für einen schnellen Kaffee sind die Pads vollkommen okay.
