I know this was not a lot of money, so I should not be surprised. First off, this came packed in a lot of Styrofoam, most of which was broken into small pieces. It took me an hour to unpack it. Outside of course, vacuuming up every bit of stray foam. It all comes in one rather large box. Too big for one person to lift. My direct Amazon delivery people of course set it upside down on my porch, in spite of the BIG arrows showing how to set it.Then came the fun part. Precision made this is not. Be sure you have a rubber mallet to pound in the legs as the openings are pushed in from them drilling the holes. The legs are the easy part. Well except for having one that was an "M" piece that should have been an "N" or vice-versa. So, you assemble the sides and set aside. Then you go to add the seat. This is when you find out this was not made to precision specifications. Most of the holes simply do not align. I fought with the first chair for well over an hour, banging and pushing pieces into place. After that I gave up and got my conical taper drill bits and enlarged every mounting hole. What a difference. Went much easier after that. They sell them here, so just go ahead and add a set to your order: Neiko 10193A Titanium Step Drill Bit Set. You will thank me later. Took me 5 hours to unpack, clean up and assemble two chairs and the table. You will be thankful that they give you so many allen wrenches. They are of such poor quality that they round pretty quickly. I used a 4 mm hex bit on my cordless drill. Made things quicker where it would fit.After assembly, I noticed that some of the wood was poorly finished. I will remove at some point and sand it smooth. The chairs are comfortable enough for the price. Would be nice if the bottom cushion had ties at it tends to slip forward.I guess there is a lot to be said about buying furniture that is already assembled. Figure out what you time is worth and add it to the price. Or hire some local handyman who claims he can assemble any piece of furniture for $25 a piece. He might get it done, but will hate you later.This product looks good, has good dimensions. However, the machine piloting of the holes in the wood feet did not align 1/3 of the time, requiring difficult work in getting a screw into the wood. There were 2 or 3 female ports that had just enough metal sticking into it that one cannot get a screw into it. Luckily there were enough supporting screws around these to seem to make it functional.So while it looks nice and is comfortable seating, I would not recommend this product until they fix these deficiencies.
