The overall look is nice and I am enjoying the size and the bottom storage shelf. The crisscross detail on the side is very flimsy. Just assembling the piece, I could feel the crisscross giving away a little bit. If I had small children, this would not last long. And you have to lift it from the base of moving around. Grabbing from the top, the top lifts away a bit from the base. Cheap is cheap.But for the price and to have something to fill the space while we save up for something sturdier and longer lasting, I am satisfied. We are empty-nesters, so no one is using this as a coloring surface or race car track or anything like that lol. (Actually, maybe that makes this the perfect piece for small grandkids… You won’t lose your mind if they put pencil marks or jelly fingers on the surface of your coffee table.)Always a bit concerned buying furniture on Amazon but this piece fit perfectly with the nautical theme in the house and is very study. Nice finish, not glossy and goes great with a nautical rug.This table is made very well. I bought it in the color Espresso and it was beautiful! I also purchased the end table, console table and the shelved console table. The collection made my living room look amazing!I needed a basic table for my game room. I purchased a rectangular table w/ similar dimensions and it seemed to small. This square table was just right. Very sturdy and did the job.Our item arrived damaged, but the customer service team corrected the issue promptly and courteously. We like the quality of the table.This table is absolutely perfect for us! It wasn’t too pricey, very sturdy, fairly child resistant and super easy to assemble! This table is fairly easy to assemble once you study the instructions and take your time. I'm not sure if they've recently changed the design or not, but I find the cross pieces to be very sturdy and the cam locks all set tight.Fantastic table for the money.
