Be sure to read instructions over and over .. wait there is no true instructions ... pictures and diagrams that don't include some of the actual parts in the kit, for instance, the seat part of the chairs is Labeled "D" no where on the diagrams/pictures is "D" mentioned so you have to look, I had to figure it out. I had to figure out which screws went were also some of them also did not specify where to use what size ahhh... NOW I know lots of people say I don't need instructions BUT I do lol! So when I put the first chair together I had to take part of it apart and then figured out how to put it back together again. So I recommend putting together UPSIDE DOWN THE WHOLE TIME - PARTS A,B,D together first DO NOT TIGHTEN too much attach C from the bottom hole then the sides... and then go around and tighten the WHOLE thing ... some of the HOLES are hidden by the beautiful wicker straps so that can be a bit frustrating. BUT in the end the set is really nice. The last thing ... I wish it would be, is that it would be about maybe 1 -1.5 feet higher off the floor I am a tall girl and my knees are sitting up a little to high but that's it. Wishing you all good luck putting it together and hope you all like it.This set looks nice and is comfortable. However, there are approximately a bajillion hex bolts that are used to attach all the pieces together, and a single small allen key to do it with. I actually went out and bought hex bits for my ratcheting screwdriver to save my hands, but there mostly isn't enough clearance to actually use another driver. Finished product is nice, but assembly is a nightmare. Buy if you're up for a challenge.I was definitely skeptical of these chairs when I saw the price but I was pleasantly surprised how nice this set is for the price point. very nice quality, the cushions aren't the thickest but they work perfect and can always replace with thinker pads. it does have leveling pegs on the bottom of the legs to adjust for uneven floors, the color of the chair and table are perfect. The two slight downsides but not deal breakers, it is a bit of a pain to put together and the cushion color of "brown" is more of a faded or cream brown. highly recommend this to anyone looking for a apartment balcony set, size of chairs and tables are perfect.Need to put together by hand. They don't want you to use a drill but we did - there are some bars on the furniture that are in the way that make using a drill a little difficult. Cushion quality is good. Lower to the ground than expected but overall, a nice buy for the money.I do like the chairs and sit perfect on my patio. I was upset that the wrong size seat cushion was in the box however l contacted the seller for a refund since l had to replace the cushion. The seller was very apologetic and did provide a refund. It also helps if you have someone to help putting the chairs together.Finished product good, assembly difficult for accomplished diy guy.I was not sure what I was going to get for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Had a little trouble with assembly, but not horrible, make sure not to tighten screws until fully assembled (the instructions do state this) and it will be much easier. The cushions were folded in the box, causing them to be slightly deformed, but nothing major. The product was packaged well, so nothing was damaged. Overall a great set and great deal for the price. Definitely recommend.I received a wrong part so I'm waiting to have that straightened out. The rest of the furniture is sturdy and not too bad to sit in for a while. It was a little difficult to put together with the Allen key they provide. But all in all I think it's going to work great for our deck
